Of all the finishes available, we can boast consolidated experience in Chemical Polishing, fundamental for giving shine to aluminium without overlaying any other metal.
This is a chemical pre-treatment that gives a mirror effect without using other metals (as chrome plating does) and which allows you to achieve better levels of gloss than mechanical/chemical treatments, such as electrochemical polishing.
Ossidazione Anodica presents a new finish obtained from the use of the latest surface finishing technologies. The microblasting finish developed by the company allows to obtain surfaces with a particular velvety and homogeneous effect.
The finish is made starting from a machine specially designed to use aluminum microspheres which are directed with great energy on the aluminum surfaces. Obtained from special aluminum oxides, the microspheres homogeneously abrade the surfaces, making them velvety to the touch, silky or with controlled roughness, depending on the type of grain.
The new finish is applicable on mat or shiny surfaces and guarantees the complete cancellation of the extrusion bands and handling and hanging marks, as well as perfect surface homogeneity.
The treatment is applicable on large scale productions and in different industrial sectors: from design to architecture, from furniture to surfaces and profiles.
